Small Design Changes will refund your money

If our turnaround time is longer than 72 business hours. Small Design Changes will provide a refund, excluding PayPal fees, as that cost cannot be refunded. It can take 2-3 days to process your request.

Small Design Changes will NOT refund your money

If you have paid for the service before make sure your files are the correct ones for the job. As you navigate our website, you will be continuously reminded to check your existing files before uploading and paying. You’ll also be guided on thetype of files you should add or if you need to purchase any other service.

If you uploaded the files without checking them first, we can review them for you once the service has been paid. If they are the correct ones, we can get started. If they are not, we’ll recommend the next steps before you can decide whether to continue or not.
